Career Development
I am a qualified and experienced career development practitioner who is passionate about the importance of lifelong career development support. I specialise in helping the military community (military spouses, veterans and transitioning military) whose career lives are little more varied and unique than most!
Advocacy & Consultancy
I have been an advocate for military families for over 10 years. As well as helping individuals make effective career decisions I also work to address systemic barriers that can stand in the way of decent, meaningful and sustainable employment. As a Churchill Fellow I travelled to the USA, UK and Canada to investigate spouse employment policies and programs. My report findings and recommendations have been shared with key stakeholders in Australia and overseas. I now dedicate time to bringing military family employment stakeholders from around the world together.
